The Windeck domain
Behind the large house, whose entrance overlooks the main street of the village, there is a magnificent park. Spread over an area of 10 hectares, the layout of this park, with the judicious arrangement of its vegetation, its studied perspectives, its basins in floors, the harmonious design of the paths, forms a marvelous whole.
The castles of Ottrott
The Ottrott castles were built on the Elsberg plateau at nearly 500 meters above sea level. Two ruins stand today at this place: the Rathsamhausen to the west of the site and the Lutzelbourg to the east. The two circular keeps are approximately 75 meters apart.
Mont Sainte-Odile
Mont Sainte-Odile is a Vosges mountain, located in Ottrott in the Bas-Rhin department, culminating at 767 meters above sea level. It is surmounted by the abbey of Hohenbourg, a convent which overlooks the plain of Alsace, founded by Saint Odile, patroness of Alsace, daughter of the Duke of Etichon.
